Cookies for breakfast? Yes, please!

Lara Lyn thankfully came up with a way for us to have cookies for breakfast and they are delicious.

Dillon’s Breakfast Cookies

1/2 cup almond flower

2 beaten eggs

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon baking powder, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg

1/3 cup D’vash Date Nectar

2 cups of Bob’s Red Mill Oats

Use a melon ball scoop for placing on a baking sheet.  350 degree oven for 12-14 minutes.
