Classic Bread Pudding – Healthy style

A classic bread pudding that is good for dessert or for breakfast.

Lara Lyn shows us her twist on the classic bread pudding.  This bread pudding could be good for breakfast or dessert and it is super simple.

Lara always keeps it as healthy and as simple as possible.  This recipe is a simple one that even Jamie can’t screw up.

Lara Lyn’s Classic Bread Pudding:

4 beaten eggs

1 cup of milk (almond milk can be substituted)

1/2 tsp of ginger

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

1/2 cup of D’vash Date syrup

4 cups of Canyon BakeHouse Gluten Free White Bread

1 cup almonds

Mix it all together to just get everything coated.

Move it into the baking dish.

350 degree oven.  Cook, with lid on, for 30 mins.  Cook, with lid off, for the next 20-25.

Serve and eat!
